Aeria 12Sky Maintenance

I serious dont get it, Maintenance for twelve sky its always, may I repete that, Is ALWAYS off about the "length" of time of the Maintenance... I remember Maintenance use to be about 2 hours, now they extend it to 3 hours WHICH is fien but please when say about 3 hours MAKE IT 3 hours or around there, unlike these days where they say Maintenance is gunna b 3hours but turns out to go a extra hour or so... thats not accurate at all, many pll depend of accurate time to fit there daily "needs" so that they can come back home knowing that they can sit down and have some fun.... I also remember about 3 months ago when Maint. was suppose to be about 2-3 hours long starting from 6 o clock from where i live.... so as I and many other pll waited to around 9 o clock for Heolgo which any pll make ALOT of money there usually sometimes more than Pagoda, thats y masters make alts for heo... but anwyays it was set for about 9 o clock... so i waited... its was already pass Heo at 9:30 then came 10 then 11... i called up my friend to ask if hes playin or not, just to check if my computer was broken... and it wasnt.. sooo fanially after waiting every second from 9 to 11 my friend went to bed and i stayed up to 11:20 to finally start playin... YES 12sky is a game, and i shouldnt take anything seriously on this stuff BUT when pll r off by 2 hours!??! and pll make a living by working for aeria and yet they dont do they're job right... so basically im saying is PLZ do a better job for those pll at aeria.... ur life career is based on a game, so do it right.... RIGHT and next time dont try to be off by 2 hours and continuesly extended Maintenance over a couple hours.... DO UR JOB CORRECTLY PLZ thats all im asking
