I feel unwanted

I love close range and i would really like to fight single handedly but i dont do enough damage so i have to give up on that because people keep telling me to use Tonfa but one i dont like them and two i cant afford them so im using a cheap sword until i find my blue prince and he gives me some Tonfa.
